I got my stomp fisherman at here!! I call all outlets...only Lalaport outlet picks up my call!!! I called just to ask about the stock.. I'm afraid it won't be in stock.. I'm empty.. so lala port has stock guys.. there are more.. there are 2 colors!! thank you so much ya crocs lalaport!!!

Went to lalaport for a window shopping, but the staff in Crocs who's name Firdy explain to me about crocs, convinced me and told me what's special about crocs and so on. Really loves him talking, such a knowledgeable person! And I end up bought for me and my husband. Thankyou Firdy loves to see u again xx

Last time I went to Crocs, the old lady staff didn’t tell me about the promotion items couldn’t be exchanged after purchase. When I went back to ask about it, she acted like she didn’t know anything, even though she was the one who served me. Luckily, the male staff member came over, explained everything, and was really helpful. I’m grateful to the other two staff, but honestly, the older lady attitude was disappointing. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor service.

In google said 10pm closed time, but i go to the shop today at 8:56pm the staff already close the shuttle. Very bad info, can’t trust at all

Wednesday 8th Jan 25 4.29pm Staff: I think she is not wake from her nap , no serve and no humble at all . When my husband ask her questions she is answering with no logic ! Very disrespectful and disappointed. If you are not ready to become customer service please don’t work ! And Crocs company please look into this kind of employee .

the old women staff is very bad at serving customers, she also scolds other staff in front of customers which makes me think it is very inappropriate... to crocs hr please take action on this matter, she is too old to work and even can't work properly

Peaceful environment 8/10 Stocks looking good 8/10 Downside: Unattaned customer Gossiping behind customer (maybe my appearance not very convincing) I leave the premises right away after bad services, decide to buy online.
