This is emart tenders? Looks like fried chicken popcorn, cutlet is small, batter is thick. Not recommended. Service is also very slow, pity the staff multitasking have to be cashier and make drinks also.

Just had the time to leave a review for this outlet. 26/7 around 7.30pm There was 2 female staffs, one at the cashier counter the other one near food counter. Both are wearing glasses if i remember correctly. I said hi, i wanna get the cupbop promo. The cashier asked loudly to the other staff ‘ nasi ada lagi ke’ . I forgot what her replied was but she sighed, loudly at that for me the customer to hear. Is this an acceptable behaviour of someone who works in cs? It didn't stop there, when my friend wanted to order the same thing the cashier asked loudly again the same question! But this time around, the other staff replied ‘dah dah lah tu’ ????????????? Are your staffs properly trained? Because this doesnt seem so. Food was good, cs exp meh thumbs down.

Saturday 26th July around 7.30~8pm ish Went here to buy the RM9.90 promo, cashier asked their friend while laughing “ada lagi ke nasi?” The friend replied “dah dah la tu”. Before I ordered, the exact same thing happened to my friend who ordered right before me. Super rude, its not like us forcing you guys to do this promo! Need to teach some Customer Service skills to your staffs! Staffs please learn to “mengeluh” behind customer not in front of them.

ive bought chicken mayo so many times, that’s my favourite because i love seaweed. but this time the guy put kimchi and corn which i dont eat both.. if they dont have seaweed then just ask me if i want to replace wih smtg else..

I bought steam bun, i even say thank you. But they gave me an ice cold STEAM bun. There was literally ice in the filling. The least they could do was tell me to wait. Why they can tell to the next customer but not me?

terrible service, i ordered tteobokki and the staff prepared and leave it in the microwave & did other things for more than 10mins before realising i was standing there, waiting. Nobody bothered to check on me eventho there were four other staffs around lol.

I always crave for their beef bulgogi cupbap and banana walnut cream danish since day one I tasted it. Recently, I tried their gula melaka coconut sundae and it reminds me of the "aiskrim gula apong". In term of services, also would rate 5 stars because the staffs is friendly and stan for their fast services. They always keeps the store clean and love the ambience there. Surely, would recommend my friends to go to the Emart Lalaport.

This is my first time to buy korean food at here.Thanks to the staff we're helpful and friendly, they suggested me to buy cheesey toppoki.. its really good. At here also provided few hair to hang out.. this place also clean n cozy.
