It’s located just beside Lalaport Mall, and I’ll admit, finding it for the first time was a bit confusing but once I got there, I was genuinely impressed by the retro vibe of this GSC themed cinema. The nostalgic design really stands out and gives the place a unique charm. I tried the Big Screen, and I have to say, the sound quality and visuals were absolutely top-notch definitely a great cinematic experience. The place was clean overall, especially the toilets, which not only matched the retro theme but were also well-maintained. The staff were friendly too, particularly the girl at the counter who was kind and helpful. However, the one downside is that there are only three self-service kiosk machines, which makes it quite inconvenient during peak hours. Also, if you’re trying to purchase add ons or tickets via phone, good luck the network inside is almost non-existent. Despite these small issues, it’s still a cool spot for movie lovers looking for something a bit different.

HELLO GSC PLEASE KNOCK SOME COMMON SENSE INTO YOUR STAFF! IT IS SUCH A BS TO PAY FOR POPCORN AND DRINKS AND LATER BEING TOLD TO QUEUE UP AGAIN WITH THOSE WHO HAVEN'T EVEN DECIDE ON WHAT TO ORDER!
Please investigate 2 Aug, around 345pm at the snack counter. This staff processed our purchase just to tell us to "take our purchased items in front".
With a non-existent pick up counter and signages, I asked her where to take the items and was told to queue again with other non-paying customers. It was until I sternly asked for our items and told her basic customer service logic, she moved to prepare our cup and popcorn. Stupid? Yes. Stupid x2? Definitely Yes. Deserve to be sacked immediately? Absolutely.

My son lost his wallet at Hall 8 around 7pm, I return to the cinema around 8pm for assistance. The staffs are so helpful and they manage to find the wallet near the seat in Hall 8. Well done to the staffs, I am so happy😊 …

Great quality, visuals and effects. Absolutely loved experience 4Dx and Big athmos. But stuff isn’t friendly and in general customer service could be improved.

I had such a great experience at GSC LaLaport! I accidentally left my wallet in the cinema hall, and to my relief, the staff not only found it but kept it safe until I came back. Truly grateful for their honesty and quick response — you don’t always come across such kind and responsible service these days.
Besides that, the cinema itself is absolutely stunning — definitely one of the prettiest in town. Clean, modern, and super comfortable. I’ll definitely keep coming back! 🎬💛

Was here for a fan screening and the place is really nice and big. It was quite easy to spot thanks to the amount of signboards showing the direction to go.
Only bad thing is probably the fact that they only had 1 worker working the register at the food counter which made the line so long, not to mention there's only 2 e-booths for both tickets and food purchasing so the lines there were quite long too.
Would recommend buying tickets and snacks in advance. Other than that the place is very nice and even has a swing chair outside of the hall entrance

I had a really pleasant experience thanks to one of the staff members named Tatcana at the cinema. The person was very polite, tactful, and professional in handling customers. He gave clear directions, responded patiently to my questions, and helped create a smooth and welcoming experience. It's not always easy working in a busy environment, but his calm and respectful attitude stood out. Keep up the great work.

My recent experience with GSC’s online services was disappointing throughout the week. I encountered multiple timeouts and “high traffic” issues while trying to book a 4DX movie. The problems persisted when attempting to order food and beverages through apps, kiosks, and even at the counter. The QR code system failed, and although my payment was approved, the POS system displayed it as unsuccessful. Overall, the experience was frustrating and marred by technical glitches.

I've always come here for the BIG screen. It is located on the second level. I choose to come here since the theatre is still new, the sound system is good, and the parking is convenient.
Additionally, they have a large waiting space.
