It’s quite expensive given the small size of this jungle gym, but my daughter had the whole area just for herself. No other kids were there. So, that made our experience a great one. There is a good variety of activities, like slides, trampolines, etc.

Newly open at Lalaport
Came on a weekday and not many people
Cost for child was RM25 (Son is less than 2 years old)
Place is relatively small compared to other similar concept places and can easily finish playing everything in a short amount of time.
You'll constantly see staff around monitoring or cleaning the areas
Their system to go in and out seems to not be working too smoothly for now where they need to manually open for you to leave
You can organise children birthday parties here as well

Price was quite expensive, per entry, not limited by time limit. There were only 2 other kids beside my kids when I visited. It wasn't that big but my kids were quite enjoyed the place. My kids played for 2 hours here.

Garbage customer service. No air conditioning so you can imagine how hot and stuffy it is inside. Tiny compared to other JGs. And the staff is incompetent. For the price you’re paying you might as well do something better.

The Jungle Gym LaLaport may seem small from outside but it's really full of games and my kids love it! The staff is very welcoming and available and the spaces are always well maintained and impeccably clean! We celebrated our daughter's birthday there. The party was magnificent and all the children and parents were very satisfied. The organization of the party went very well. The staff stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp and kindly answered to all our requests.
The day of the party we were surprised by the decoration. Stunning!
The food was very good (not spicy) and served nicely and the dishes were plastic but not the disposable ones, good quality.
The staff, on the day of the party, was very available but discreet and they found us a nice lady who delighted the children with her magnificent face painting.
My family and I will never forget this celebration and we will always be grateful to all the staff who spared no effort to give us a magical celebration.

Terrible place , totally unhygienic. Their kitchen staff is walking around with no socks, but they force us to buy socks for 10 Rm , and when asking They say its hygienic reason ! Staff is very very unpleasant and rude ! When asking for a supervisor , she said “ I am the supervisor “ All my kids wants to enter 10 person , they complicated the process , takes too long , all my kids are crying . Can not pay cash , when want to pay Apple pay machine is not working !
Two girls at the cashier very rude ! At first she said that she is supervisor , then she said i am just a senior of them .
When i asked the name to know who served me and leave feedback ,both of them don't want to give the name ! One is probably beautiful Indian girl , another one is Cute girl with hijab . Terrible !
The business just lost rm 500 in 10 minutes . And i am sure - i am not the only frustrated customer ! Guys never trust such people your kids pleasure , safety and health !
No wonder whole Lalaport Shopping mall is empty , probably all shops and businesses there are full of such people !!! Shame !!!
A t the end in order to make my kids calm down i need to entertain them in gadjet shop !!!

Outlet play area slightly smaller compare with the rest outlets but due not much people inside, consider ok not so crowded.
Parent waiting area is good with variety choice of food & beverage.
The only thing washroom need to go out to the mall.

My 5 year old son saw the tube slide and really wanted to go here, so we did. But the tube slide was so slow we could have crawled down faster. It's very small and super expensive for what is in there. If your child is 5 or over, or likes adventure I would recommend going somewhere else like Super Park. I am afraid this is expensive, small and boring. Maybe only suitable for toddlers

At 48RM for toddlers (+RM10 for guardians) on a weekday, this is really expensive given the limited amount of facilities. Perhaps if the management allow multiple entry (exit for lunch or tea break) before heading back in, that would soothe slightly the very premium pricing.
The cafe also had overpriced food and drinks which I didn't not want to try. Perhaps the only consolation was that there was only another 1 adult and 1 kid when we were there.
After 2h my kids started to get bored and I was driven mad by the jungle gym song that was mercilessly played in repeat so we bid our escape, never unlikely to return again.
In future I'd rather bring my kids to Molly fantasy's indoor playground that costs RM10 on weekdays, which is probably half the fun for 20% of the price.
