Play Pass from Klook show today (27th June) is weekday entry but check in counter it is Weekend entry… So I only give 3 stars for today visit

Garbage customer service. No air conditioning so you can imagine how hot and stuffy it is inside. Tiny compared to other JGs. And the staff is incompetent. For the price you’re paying you might as well do something better.

Terrible place , totally unhygienic. Their kitchen staff is walking around with no socks, but they force us to buy socks for 10 Rm , and when asking They say its hygienic reason ! Staff is very very unpleasant and rude ! When asking for a supervisor , she said “ I am the supervisor “ All my kids wants to enter 10 person , they complicated the process , takes too long , all my kids are crying . Can not pay cash , when want to pay Apple pay machine is not working ! Two girls at the cashier very rude ! At first she said that she is supervisor , then she said i am just a senior of them . When i asked the name to know who served me and leave feedback ,both of them don't want to give the name ! One is probably beautiful Indian girl , another one is Cute girl with hijab . Terrible ! The business just lost rm 500 in 10 minutes . And i am sure - i am not the only frustrated customer ! Guys never trust such people your kids pleasure , safety and health ! No wonder whole Lalaport Shopping mall is empty , probably all shops and businesses there are full of such people !!! Shame !!! A t the end in order to make my kids calm down i need to entertain them in gadjet shop !!! Big shame in the face of whole shopping mall !

My 5 year old son saw the tube slide and really wanted to go here, so we did. But the tube slide was so slow we could have crawled down faster. It's very small and super expensive for what is in there. If your child is 5 or over, or likes adventure I would recommend going somewhere else like Super Park. I am afraid this is expensive, small and boring. Maybe only suitable for toddlers

At 48RM for toddlers (+RM10 for guardians) on a weekday, this is really expensive given the limited amount of facilities. Perhaps if the management allow multiple entry (exit for lunch or tea break) before heading back in, that would soothe slightly the very premium pricing. The cafe also had overpriced food and drinks which I didn't not want to try. Perhaps the only consolation was that there was only another 1 adult and 1 kid when we were there. After 2h my kids started to get bored and I was driven mad by the jungle gym song that was mercilessly played in repeat so we bid our escape, never unlikely to return again. In future I'd rather bring my kids to Molly fantasy's indoor playground that costs RM10 on weekdays, which is probably half the fun for 20% of the price.

I'm so frustrated with the staff. I went there with valid tickets from Matta Fair and the staff just confidently rejected the tickets without referring to their HQ or superior. My kids are ready & excited to start their day as a reward for their achievements, how could U just turned it off 😔. Because of them, I paid extra money to buy my kids happiness.. but sadly, after I reported to the HQ, the HQ stated my tickets are valid.. 😭 they do not even try to find me and apologise.. I'm going to see them and ask for clarification, only then they admit that they are wrong 😞 bad PR skills..

Staff not friendly, not allowed to go out only for toilet break, too many unnecessary rules as example (bags not allowed to put next to us must hold), maybe this playground is just for display not for playing. Credit to Bangsar and Atria Jungle Gym, their service is superb! But unfortunately Lalaport Jungle Gym your 1 ⭐️ is for your superb lasagna! Please improve your customer service and find a better friendly staff! This is kids playground not a theater that you should put too many unnecessary rules. Chill out I feel like lepaking with a principal always been checked 😬

Smaller than Atria, everything is new and clean. Suitable for kids below 8 years old. My 9 yo explored all plays in less than 45 mins
