I went to the store yesterday, and Ms. Ida, the lovely staff, helped me to choose presents for my partner. She was so supportive and kind. The best service I’ve ever had at Loccitane. I’ll visit her again next time I come to Malaysia.❤️

The staff (Ida & Azrul) at this LaLaport are very friendly, attentive, and patient. Their service is warm and welcoming. Compared to other branches, the service here is better and doesn’t feel snobbish. I will definitely come back because of the great service.
