I had a pleasant experience during my visit. Suki was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism, paired with a cheerful personality, truly elevated the level of service. The leather products offered are of excellent quality, and the pricing is very reasonable given the craftsmanship. Came to shop on 27/10/24 just for survey but end up bought a bag. Awesome and good service by both staff Mr Safie and Mr Iman. Definately will come back !

I bought my lushberry luggage here recently. After 2 usage, carrying 15kg of items, the handle snapped and broken. I contacted the manager via phone, not helpful. No reply. I came to the shop, I was told that there was no warranty. Only repair service in which I have to bear my own cost and I was told to wait 1-2months for the part to arrive. To make thing worse, my name and contact which I registered during my purchase could not be found in the system. I was told that staffs here rotating all the time, could not find the staff that served and sold me my luggage at that time. I bought an expensive luggage (so called good brand they claimed), which its part broke after 2 usage of carrying moderate weight, and now I have to pay for my own repair and to wait 1-2 months without a luggage to travel. What an experience I have from here. Thank you.
