This is what you get for RM5. Can't even be bothered to fill the cup properly. Scam much? The spoon is so bloody flimsy that it feels like it's going to snap whilst trying to scoop some ice cream. Honestly, don't waste your money here. Pay a bit more and get a sundae from anywhere else. In response to mixue rep: Its all well and good to have 'SOP'. Its pointless if its not adhered to. In this case your so called 'SOP' failed spectacularly. Paying full price for an item and only receiving half of it, is by definition, a scam. What's even worse, not even an apology for this screw up. Typical. To prospective customers; buyers beware.

Hi there, for future reference, please make sure the outlet is more accommodating to customer's needs especially when the fault falls on the outlet itself (e.g: mistakenly add more sugar when only ordered slight sugar, and unable to change it when asked or add ice/water to dilute it- other outlets are able to accommodate this need from customers)

Ice cream out of stock thn I order sundae , but charge 50sen for extra spoon, Charges are unreasonable P/S: I just ask for an extra spoon for the child. becasue your ice-cream out of stock, my children cant finish a sundae by each. Don’t think that everyone is greedy for your spoon. I will continue to MIXUE but not your branch .

This outlet is tucked away at level 4, at the food court area. The drink is nice and correctly priced. It could attract even more customers. However, it is located in a mall with very little footfall. TBH, I'm wondering how the stores are surviving with the monthly rental yet very little customer numbers within the mall, despite it being located right beside Hang Tuah monorail station.

This outlet got mixue doll collection display which is so cool and cuteeeee !!! I went to this outlet yesterday night 9/3/2024 to get the rose cup sleeve but the cashier guy Chinese with glasses told me it's already finished and the cup sleeve only limited to 150 pcs for a day 🙃 btw this mixue located at the highest floor near the garden dining area !!!
