Just recently did my nails on the 25th of march at NAILED IT in Lalaport and it’s the 31st march and one of the nails completely cracked off…. This has never happened to me in my life and I have been doing nail extensions since I was 16 years old. Was happy with the outcome of how the nails were and paid more also because they claimed it was gonna last longer because it was poly gel but within 6 days, one has already cracked. Very disappointed considering I paid 280 rm I was expecting this to last longer. I expected better from this place, extremely upsetting.

Was taken good care of by lovely Kim, so soft spoken and high end service. This is my first time here and she went above and beyond to take care of my nail request. I got the Classic Mani plus Halal French tips and she delivered it. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. Most definitely will come again. ❤️

The staff members are extremely helpful and provide excellent service. I had a manicure and a lemon foot spa, and I was very pleased with the quality of both treatments. The staff paid attention to every detail, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the experience. Got my manicure and pedicure here at Lalaport. The whole ambience of the place was very nice, you have the view of the sky and KLCC. We had the buff and shine. Overall, it was done well. The stylist was very particular and well trained.
