Tried NNN for the first time ever. Came on a weekend whereby we had to spend 10/ child + 20/ adult to use the facilities. Ambience was great though the area of the playground was somewhat small and children got bored easily. Food selection was ok so was the taste.

Full and service is good. They are having weekday promotion. The price is cheaper and comes with drink. Ngam ngam is a healthy food with vegetarian option available. You can enjoy 10% in the meal with gsc movie ticket proof of sales

I am writing to express my utmost frustration and disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your Lalaport outlet tonight.
At 8:33 PM, we placed our order. After waiting for about 15–20 minutes, our food was finally ready. My child finished her meal first and went to the play area while the adults began eating. Just as we were about to start our meal, your staff began sweeping and cleaning around our dining area—which already felt intrusive and uncomfortable, considering it was only around 9:00 PM. While I initially gave the benefit of the doubt thinking perhaps cleanliness was a priority, things escalated quickly.
Before 9:15 PM, your staff informed us that our child had to leave the play area because they needed to mop the floor. At that point, we were still eating. We had to abruptly call our child out, cutting short her playtime. Your official closing time is 10:00 PM—so why were we being rushed out and made to feel so unwelcome almost an hour before closing?
Let me remind you:
We entered at 8:33 PM.
We waited at least 15-20 minutes for our food.
We were asked to vacate the play area before 9:15 PM.
This is completely unacceptable. If your team insists on beginning cleaning this early and effectively shutting down the space, then customers should be clearly informed in advance so we can choose not to dine or spend our money there.
We used to enjoy coming here with our children and have supported your outlet on many occasions. But this incident has left us deeply disappointed and angry. Tonight will be the last time we ever return.

This place is a good choice for people who want healthy food, but my criticism is that I ordered food and I couldn't finish it. I said, "I'll take it as a snack." She said, "There is a small amount you pay me to wrap it for you. What???" The first time I heard this, I went to several places and all my food was left, and no one asked me for money to wrap the rest of the food for takeaway. Even if the amount is small, this is what I call exploitation. I advise you if you visit the place, do not accept being exploited. The service of wrapping the rest of the food in all places is free

It’s a fantastic spot for a meal if you have toddlers or young kids. The meals are child friendly, healthy and generous. My two year old eats here and happily finishes her food by herself, allowing the parents to eat in peace. After that she played happily at the attached play area, fulfilling her post meal high energy play. Everything is perfect! Thank you Ngam Ngam Neighbourhood! Highly recommended!

First time here and was surprised with the amount of food which is quite a lot and tasty. They provide different carbs for you to choose as well. And they have unlimited sauce and toppings to add on your dish.

Food was good, definitely more on the clean eating side. My only qualm is why not reusable cups and cutlery too if you're going to use reusable plates.
