Friendly staff that assist and answering question, very technical and enthusiast, when I play and test with camera and lenses I'm interested. Glad to take out specific lens or accessories for you to try on.

Dropped off my out of warranty xm4 at the service center here on a Friday. I received an SMS from them after 5 days to pick up my stuff. The repair was FOC and an additional 3 month warranty was given. The whole process was smooth and the store manager was very helpful.

Best Sony store in KL, can buy all sony product and a service centre is available there. I had brought my PS5 for repair, and they gave me a replacement in 1 week.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent repair service I received for my camera. When I collected the camera, I discovered that the replaced part was missing. Your staff have confirmed that the part was lost and could not be located.
